New Statement Of Changes Published For UK Immigration Rules

A newly updated Statement of Changes was released by the Home Office on 7 September, 2023. According to the statement, there have been some key modifications in the UK immigration rules.



EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) Updates

From 5 October 2023, if your EUSS application has been denied or cancelled, you won’t be eligible for an administrative review request.

The good news is that you can appeal the decision by aligning with the Citizens’ Rights Agreement. This makes the appeal process much simpler and eliminates dual redress options.
