US State Department Proposes A New Rule For Third Parties At Interviews

So what’s the big news?

 

According to the latest announcement from the US State Department, they’ve proposed a rule to allow third parties to attend interviews of certain US citizen services.

 

This could include third parties like interpreters and attorneys.



Where Does This New Rule Apply?

 

This rule applies if you’re:

  • Applying for US Passport (domestically and internationally)
  • Requesting for a Consular Report of Birth Abroad or
  • Requesting for a Certificate of Loss of Nationality of the United States

New Task Force Announced: UK Government Targets Immigration Fraud
