NEW THREE-YEAR POLICY INTRODUCED BY IRCC

 On 27 June 2023, Sean Fraser announced that the Canadian government is implementing a short-term policy to allow temporary foreign workers to indulge in full or part-time studies without obtaining a Study Permit. Plus, there are no restrictions on the duration of their chosen program of study.


Overseas workers who have a valid Work Permit and applied to extend the current one before 7 June 2023 can use this temporary measure to their advantage.

New Task Force Announced: UK Government Targets Immigration Fraud
