Australia To Support Migrant Women With Temporary Visas

 The visa situation of many migrant women makes them vulnerable to domestic violence. Interestingly, the government is taking a few measures to support women.


It will provide $10 million over four years from 2023-24 for the expansion of the family violence provisions within the Migration Regulation 1994. This is being done to support visa holders facing domestic violence.
