Expected Reforms To The Australian Migration System

 

It is safe to say the Australian migration system is about to go through major changes in the next 3 to 6 months following the Minister of Home Affairs, Clare O’Neil’s speech at the National Press Conference and the Federal Budget.




Some of the changes are as follows;

  • Skilled visa programs are being streamlined and simplified by creating a three-tiered processing system, named highly skilled, mainstream, and essential workers.
  • Developing more pathways for Student Visa and Employer sponsored visa holders........
